Thea Geneva ist Künstlerin und Kuratorin und gründete im Juni 2021 den neuen Offspace Peripherie 8 mit dem Team Peripherie 8. Ihre ersten Berührungen mit Kunst und Fotografie/Film hatte sie bereits als Kind. In ihrer künstlerischen Arbeit und auch als Kuratorin ist das Erforschen und Generieren von Prozessen zentral. Dieser Prozess beinhaltet viel Reflexion und Analyse. Die Auseinandersetzung mit Handwerk, Wissenschaft, Technik, Geschichte, Umwelt, Biologie, Psychologie, Kultur, Sprache und Kommunikation ist ihr sehr wichtig. Getreu dem Motto von PERIPHERIE 8: Experimentell, Poetisch und Performativ möchte sie Gastgeberin sein und liebt es, Menschen zu verbinden und sich von ihnen inspirieren zu lassen.

Thea Geneva is an artist and curator and founded the new offspace Peripherie 8 with the Peripherie 8 team in June 2021. She first came into contact with art and photography/film as a child. In her artistic work and also as a curator, researching and generating processes is central. This process involves a great deal of reflection and analysis. Dealing with craft, science, technology, history, the environment, biology, psychology, culture, language and communication is very important to her. True to the motto of PERIPHERIE 8: Experimental, Poetic and Performative, she wants to be a host and loves to connect people and be inspired by them.​
