Thea Geneva ist Forscherin, Künstlerin und Kuratorin und initiierte im Juni 2021 den neuen Offspace Peripherie 8 in Basel. In ihrer Arbeit und ist das Erforschen und Generieren von Prozessen zentral. Dieser Prozess beinhaltet viel Reflexion und Analyse. Die Auseinandersetzung mit Handwerk, Wissenschaft, Technik, Geschichte, Umwelt, Biologie, Psychologie, Kultur, Sprache, Politik und Kommunikation ist ihr sehr wichtig. Getreu dem Motto von PERIPHERIE 8: Experimentell, Poetisch und Performativ möchte sie Gastgeberin sein und liebt es, Menschen zu verbinden und sich von ihnen inspirieren zu lassen.

Thea Geneva is a researcher, artist and curator who launched the new off-space Peripherie 8 in Basel in June 2021. Exploring and generating processes is central to her work. This process involves a great deal of reflection and analysis. Engaging with craftsmanship, science, technology, history, the environment, biology, psychology, culture, language, politics and communication is very important to her. True to the motto of PERIPHERIE 8: Experimental, Poetic and Performative, she wants to be a host and loves connecting people and being inspired by them.
